New York – (PRESS RELEASE) – Aldoa, the all-in-one business management platform for environmental consulting and engineering firms, is pleased to announce the close of its most recent $3.75M round of financing. New investors include Heartland Ventures and TIA Ventures, alongside existing investment partner MetaProp.
"We are absolutely thrilled to partner with these incredible new investors to support our growing team” said Adam Loewentheil, CEO and Co-Founder of Aldoa. “This industry has been neglected by modern technology for far too long, and we are committed to empowering consultants and engineers with great software that is purpose-built for their workflows. With this funding, we have the resources to continue building the highest quality tools to make consultants’ and engineers’ lives easier, so that they can focus on what’s important: sustainably building and protecting our nation’s infrastructure".
Despite the fact that consultants and engineers have unique workflows that are specific to their industry, there isn’t a product on the market today designed around these nuanced use-cases. Aldoa’s easy-to-use, all-in-one project management software is the first system built entirely with consultants and engineers in mind. With this approach, Aldoa is positioned to become the go-to modern solution to replace outdated systems and streamline manual processes.
“We were running the business on Excel, with each project having its own spreadsheet,” said Bolaji Kukoyi, President of Dynamic Civil Solutions. “It was too difficult and time-consuming to track data across multiple projects. With Aldoa, we now have consolidated, easy-to-view data in reports and dashboards, allowing us to do better as a business.”
Heartland Ventures, a Midwest-based venture capital fund that connects startups to a roster of 150+ mid-market industrial businesses, led the financing round. “We were incredibly impressed by the Aldoa team’s vision and deep understanding of the challenges faced by environmental consultants and engineers,” said Ryan Leeper, Principal at Heartland. “It was clear from our conversations with potential customers across the Midwest that this industry deserves better, and we are excited to support Aldoa on their mission to redefine how consultants and engineers run their businesses”.
This $3.75M investment will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team, and increase market reach. The funding will enable Aldoa to reach more consulting & engineering firms, helping them complete more projects on-time and within budget.
