RMS Environmental was founded by Matthew Mercuri, PG, CPG, and Raymond Minarovic, PG, LSRP. With over 40 years of combined experience in environmental consulting, Matthew teamed up with Raymond to create a firm specializing in water supply, site assessment, and remediation projects.
