About RMS Environmental

RMS Environmental was founded by Matthew Mercuri, PG, CPG, and Raymond Minarovic, PG, LSRP. With over 40 years of combined experience in environmental consulting, Matthew teamed up with Raymond to create a firm specializing in water supply, site assessment, and remediation projects. The Challenge

Despite their expertise and dedication in delivering quality projects, RMS Environmental faced internal operational challenges with timesheets and billing. Timesheets for each project were done manually, using multiple Excel spreadsheets and templates. As RMS Environmental grew, so did the complexity and volume of their administrative tasks.
